Our purpose is to make your living space more enjoyable and functional. We believe that most “unusable” space can be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We will work with you on a construction plan, determine the time and materials required for the task, and provide the necessary tools to do the work efficiently and with integrity.
PIC ABOVE - the clients unusable, awkward space directly in front of the elevator entrance into their hallway facing kitchen . Blue tape is on panel that hides fridge. We worked with the client and designed a build to make this space useful. PICS BELOW show AFTER (before client painted) Top half (right) are shelves for Keys/mail/dog leash etc) with highest shelves for paper towels. Bottom half (left) fits 3 tilt -out stacked Ikea shoe storage boxes . Soft close hinges with push open/close doors.
