If, after our 15-minute free video consultation, you decide to go forward, we will then schedule an on-site consultation. We will see your space, discuss your ideas and needs, come up with a design idea, measure everything we need, and go over your building logistics. Within 72 hours, we get back to you with a quote that includes a timeline ... and realistic expectations to execute the design that we've agreed on. 

The in-person consultation fee is a flat $85, which is deducted from the final budget cost, should you proceed.  (Clients located beyond a 30 minute commute may be charged an additional travel fee.) 

You will have 2 weeks from the time of our proposal delivery to decide if you want to proceed and schedule.

We are pet-free ourselves, so you can rest assured that  we won't bring pet dander/fur into your home. If you have pets, we only ask that you keep your animals safe while we work.

No. That’s up to you. Some of our clients leave a key so we can build while they are away. We do our best to make this experience as painless as possible, so you can return to your life– and enjoy your improved space.

Our purpose is to  make your living space more enjoyable and more functional. We believe that most “unusable” space can be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We will work with you on a construction plan, determine the time and materials required for the task, and provide the necessary tools to do the work efficiently and with integrity.
